We are seeking a proactive Full-Stack Engineer with over 7 years of experience in React Native, Node.js, and JavaScript, or someone who can quickly adapt to these technologies. You will become part of a small, dynamic team, working closely with our Head of Engineering. Expect clearly defined sprint goals every two weeks, with no micromanagement.
Your responsibilities include:
– Solving complex technical challenges and applying AI to practical issues.
– Contributing individually across both front-end and back-end development.
– Using AI tools to automate workflows and deliver high-quality, production-ready code efficiently.
– Collaborating in a lean, startup environment that values autonomy and ownership.
What we seek:
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for coding.
– Solid full-stack experience with React Native, Node.js, and JavaScript.
– Experience in Series A+ or later-stage venture-backed startups.
– Interest or experience in working with LLM-based features (voice agent) is a strong plus.

– Candidates must be based in Canada. We are open to European applicants, though this will affect salary compensation.
– We offer a large equity package, ranging from 1 to 5% of the company, in addition to a base salary.
