Responsibilities
- Lead key engineering and product decisions
- Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Work in a dedicated product team
- Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap
- Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with products that scaled to large user bases
- A track record of taking products from inception to traction
- Customer-focused, ensuring the best user experience
- Product-oriented, making thoughtful directional decisions
- Quick decision-making with a focus on impactful changes
- Adept at navigating a high-growth, remote startup environment
- Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI
Technical Requirements
- Swift Programming
- SwiftUI experience
- Experience in multithreading
- CI/CD infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with Fastlane
- SOLID principles adherence
- Experience with Git and various Git strategies
