Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our core team and develop the infrastructure for AI Live Chat. You’ll work on systems driving real-time interactions, intelligent agent behaviors, and seamless integrations across the web — all at scale.
This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, values clean code, and wants to influence the future of AI-powered customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Build core systems using Python, Postgres, and AWS.

Design and maintain APIs for real-time video chat and AI agent actions.

Optimize performance and scalability, ensuring AI avatars are fast and natural.

Enhance security, particularly in cloud setups, and proactively address vulnerabilities.

Write clean, testable code, and uphold high engineering standards via code review and documentation.

Tackle complex problems, debug intricate issues, and advance our system architecture as we scale.
What We’re Looking For

8+ years of software development experience with expertise in Python

In-depth knowledge of Postgres and SQL

Production experience with AWS services

Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React)

Strong understanding of RESTful API design

Proficiency in Git and comfort with version control workflows

A history of writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience in agile teams and asynchronous work

Bonus: leadership or mentoring experience
