The Role: We’re looking for a top-tier C# .NET Developer to join our remote team in Asia, working on our SQL Server Compact CE-powered WinForms trading platform. You’ll quickly grasp our existing code, enhance it with efficient, multi-threaded code, and follow established design patterns, collaborating closely in a rotating workflow and utilizing AI tools for faster development. Responsibilities:
- Optimize WinForms UI for real-time trading performance.
- Develop high-performing, multi-threaded C# code, ensuring thread-safe operations.
- Efficiently manage data with SQL Server Compact CE.
- Understand existing systems and improve them.
- Create and review technical designs collaboratively.
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding and design.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
- Contribute to a trading platform with real-time data and financial algorithms.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of C# .NET Framework experience, expert in WinForms.
- Proven multi-threading expertise.
- Experience with SQL Server Compact CE or similar databases.
- Strong OOP skills (SOLID principles).
- Ability to navigate and enhance existing systems.
- Proficiency in crafting and critiquing technical designs.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.
- Quick learner of complex systems.
- Preferably experienced in fintech or trading platforms.
- Aged 25-35, energetic and innovative.
- Located in Asia with reliable internet.
- Strong communicator in a collaborative team.
