**Role Summary**
We are looking for an expert Senior ERPNext Developer to join our expanding team in a remote position. This role is perfect for someone who excels in creating scalable, customized ERP solutions using the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate will possess Frappe Certified Consultant and Frappe Certified Developer certifications and have a proven record of successful ERPNext implementations.
**Main Responsibilities**
– Oversee complete ERPNext implementations, from analysis to post-deployment.
– Design and customize ERPNext modules with Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
– Develop and integrate custom applications and services via REST APIs.
– Conduct workshops to understand client requirements and develop specifications.
– Perform system configuration, data migration, and testing for reliability and performance assurance.
– Provide expert advice on ERPNext best practices and system use.
– Manage customizations during ERPNext and Frappe upgrades for smooth transitions.
– Troubleshoot complex issues in both live and test environments.
– Mentor and lead junior developers, offering technical guidance and running workshops.
– Improve development processes, standards, and documentation.
– Stay updated with ERPNext, Frappe advancements, and facilitate team knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, or similar field.
– 3-5 years’ development experience with the Frappe Framework, including deployments.
– Frappe Certified Developer, preferably Frappe Certified Consultant as well.
– Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
– In-depth knowledge of the Frappe Framework elements such as DocTypes, Workflows, and more.
– Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
– Solid understanding of SQL/MariaDB and database design.
– Proven ERPNext customization and third-party tool integration experience.
– Familiarity with core ERPNext modules like Sales, Purchasing, etc.
– Expertise with Git and collaborative development.
– Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Independent, remote work capability, with handling of multiple projects.
**Preferred Qualifications**
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure.
– Basic server administration skills (Ubuntu, Nginx, Apache).
– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
– Contribution to open-source Frappe/ERPNext projects.
