Doughlicious London Secures €4.3 Million for Gluten-Free Frozen Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites

Doughlicious, a UK-based FoodTech company known for its artisanal frozen cookie dough-covered gelato bites, has secured €4.3 million to boost its US expansion and international growth. The funding round was led by Rich Products Ventures and The Angel Group, with contributions from existing investors. Kathryn Bricken, the founder and CEO, stated that this partnership represents more than just financial support; it affirms Doughlicious’ mission to innovate in indulgent treats. Founded in 2017, Doughlicious focuses on using better-for-you ingredients and sustainable practices, offering gluten-free products without refined sugars or artificial additives. Their products are made in London and sold in over 10,000 stores in the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. The new funds will support Doughlicious’ growth in these markets. Dinsh Guzdar of Rich Products Ventures praised Doughlicious for meeting consumer demand for smaller portions and clean-label products without compromising taste, and expressed enthusiasm for supporting the brand’s US expansion.
