What You’ll Do
– Develop, launch, and maintain core features within our Rails and React codebase.
– Take projects from conception to production.
– Collaborate with the CTO on scope and architecture.
– Ensure a clean, efficient, and testable codebase as we grow.
– Work on projects like API improvement, integrations, and security.
– Partner with the support team to troubleshoot bugs and make meaningful product enhancements.

What We’re Looking For
– Experience: 5+ years in software development with expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.

– Team Player: Comfortable in a collaborative, small-team environment and adaptable to various roles.
– AI-Assisted Development: Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in development.
