**Day-to-Day**
– Develop product features across the full stack (front-end, back-end, microservices)
– Write clean, maintainable code focusing on quality and craftsmanship
– Engage in code reviews and collaborate with peers
– Lead technical design discussions on features within your expertise
**Basic Qualifications**
– Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
– Clear and effective communication skills
– Strong drive and initiative
– Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript (browser, Node, or both)
– Available full-time within GMT-GMT+6 timezones
**Bonus Points**
– Familiarity with any part of our stack: React, Node, MongoDB, GraphQL
– Experience with SSO, SCIM, or RBAC
– Industry experience in assessments, HR tech, or education
