Lithuanian GREÏ Raises €650K to Enhance Efficiency in AI Software Operations

Lithuanian SaaS company GREÏ has secured €650,000 in pre-seed funding to enhance its AI-powered operational intelligence platform. The company is tackling the increasing demand in the manufacturing, logistics, and retail sectors for managing large volumes of operational data from extensive physical sites.

Large-scale operations often face challenges with fragmented visibility despite using hardware like CCTV, alarms, and IoT sensors. The issue lies not in data collection, but in real-time interpretation.

GREÏ’s platform integrates artificial intelligence with existing infrastructure. By connecting to a facility’s current camera systems, it identifies issues such as improperly sorted waste and safety protocol breaches, sending targeted alerts to relevant teams.

“Even with optimal hardware, companies struggle to gain a clear view of their facility’s operational health,” said Giedrė Rajuncė, CEO and Co-Founder. “Our platform consolidates these systems into a single view and uses AI to pinpoint risks, delays, and failures as they occur, helping teams to respond swiftly and reduce errors for better efficiency.”

Currently testing its system in the manufacturing, logistics, and retail sectors, GREÏ is preparing to onboard early customers and expand operations. The team plans to connect over 500 active cameras and officially launch the full platform in 2026. They are also planning a seed round for international growth and further AI development.

Rajuncė highlighted that the company is advancing beyond proof-of-concept: “This funding enables us to transition from building to executing. Companies face pressure to achieve more with less. We are not just testing ideas but see how they work in practice to make a tangible impact. Operational effectiveness and AI now focus on making operations safer, more predictable, and easier to manage.”

“We supported GREÏ for addressing a crucial, overlooked need in operational effectiveness and intelligence,” said Marijus Andrijauskas, Partner at FIRSTPICK. “The team possesses deep industry expertise and execution power. We’re eager to see them set a new standard for AI-enabled physical infrastructure across Europe.”
